Dr. Nilesh Desai is a Board-Certified internist specializing in Adult and Geriatric Medicine. He has been serving the Burbank community for over forty years. He is affiliated with Providence St Joseph Medical Center in Burbank and is an Associate Professor at USC Keck School of Medicine. He speaks English, Gujarati, and Hindi.

We're on Olive between Nickelodeon and 7-Eleven.
We have a few parking spots in the lot, but there is street parking.
We are open Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5pm, and closed for lunch from 12:30pm to 1:30pm.
All visits are by appointment only. We do not take walk-ins.
We accept Medicare and most commercial insurances, including both PPOs and HMOs. For HMOs, you must be assigned to Dr Desai through Regal or Lakeside.
Please note that we encourage you to contact your insurance directly. They will be able to give you far more certainty about your eligibility and our in-network status, and also be able to share more with you about any costs.

Dr. Desai is an excellent physician who I would recommend highly to anyone. He takes time to really listen to and care for every patient, and always makes sure all concerns are addressed. He provides top notch care that is hard to find.
I've always had a challenging time finding a good Dr. Dr Desai, is not just an amazing doctor but an amazing human being. Class act, descriptive and super helpful. Doc know he's stuff. I am very happy with him as my primary physician.
Irene, Dr Nilesh Desai assistant is the best. She is very efficient and always meets what is required, without the need to follow up. Her quality of patient care is very good, she is friendly and she also speaks Spanish.
